- Conformance: validated against the CIRPASS-2 dpp-validator (SHACL / JSON-LD path).
- Identifiers: GTL TV* identifiers are used at Material level only, never in materialType.

### 3.2 Real-time certificate verification
- Transaction Certificates (GRS, RCS, OCS) verified against primary sources: Textile Exchange, Control Union, Intertek databases. Result status includes EXTERNAL_CONFIRMED when the issuing scheme confirms the certificate.
- Per-garment Mass Balance Engine: translates kg-level supply-chain certificates into verified grams per item. When coverage shortfall is detected, the brand receives a closed set of two options: (1) uniform chain-of-custody recomposition across the full bulk at the substantiated value; (2) partition — covered units carry the full claim, uncovered units carry no recycled claim, with the exact covered count computed as floor(N × coverage). No self-validation, no third path. If the brand refuses both, the DPP is not emitted. Reeco informs; it never silently blocks or silently approves.

### 3.3 Product Environmental Footprint (PEF)
- Status: "PEF DECLARED — non certificato" (declared, not third-party certified).
- Methodology: EF 3.1, PEFCR Apparel & Footwear v2.0, 16 impact categories.
- Data: real per-tier activity data (net weights, LCI per stage) collected across 4 supply-chain tiers from DPP data. Activity data belongs to Reeco; LCIA characterisation factors currently use the EF reference database (secondary data).
- Output: JOSE-signed PEF credential per garment/batch.

- CIRPASS-2 membership is expert participation in a CSA, not an accreditation.
- Reeco DPP credentials are Ed25519-signed (single signature), not dual-signed.
- Reeco never approves or rejects claims autonomously: on mass-balance shortfall it presents the closed two-option set and the brand decides.
