When a supplier uploads a GRS, RCS or OCS certificate, Reeco AI navigates directly to Textile Exchange's authentication portal and verifies the Transaction Certificate against the live database. Control Union, Intertek — same process. Not a cached copy. The primary source.
GRS certifies in kg over 90-day windows. ESPR requires declarations per garment. Reeco's mass balance engine calculates certified grams per item using GSM, cut width and yield coefficients — and adjusts DPP content claims automatically when coverage runs short.
Every DPP is signed with Ed25519 asymmetric cryptography. Timestamp, hash, and verification result are immutably linked. The signed record is legally opponible before customs authorities, regulators, and courts — not a PDF, a cryptographic proof.
Suppliers upload laboratory test reports (Martindale, pilling, tenacity, shrinkage). Reeco automatically computes the Durability Index V1.02, Repairability Index V3.1, and Recyclability Index — written into the DPP as measured values, not self-declarations. Published to JRC Seville on direct invitation.
Every garment has its own DPP — not a batch passport shared across thousands of items. QR code + blockchain anchor gives each product a unique, scannable, permanently verifiable identity from fiber origin to point of sale.
